We always strive to be able to offer swimming activities for everyone. For kids, teenagers and adults with some kind of disability (physical or intellectual), who can not function in a group with many participants or who needs extra support, we offer:

• Swim school classes
• Stroke school
• Recreational swimming

In the learn to swim program (swim school) we offer five different levels:

• Baddaren Funkis
• Sköldpaddan Funkis
• Pingvinen Funkis
• Fisken Funkis
• Hajen Funkis

In the stroke school we offer three different levels:

• Medley Gul
• Medley Röd
• Medley Blå

For recreational swimming we offer one group - Motionsgrupp Grön. 

To swim in the Medley groups or Motionsgrupp Grön you must be able to swim 200 meter (at least 50 meter on the back) and be comfortable in the water (also on deep water). If you are looking at becoming a member, please send an email to kansliet@mass.se and we will help you choose a suitable group. 

All our coaches are educated through the Swedish Swimming Federation’s education structure and undergo CPR-training once a year. All coaches must also present an extract from the police criminal record on an ongoing basis during their employment with us.

FEES 

* Entry fee to Åbybadet (run by the city of Mölndal) is paid at the pool reception before the first lesson of the semester. Prices can be found at Åbybadets home page.
